How do I get started planning my reunion? First get your committee together. Then decide if you need help in planning your reunion. If so, contact us. If not using a planner, decide when and where you want to have your reunion and get it booked ASAP as venues get booked quickly. How far in advance should we begin planning? We like a minimum of 6 months to plan a reunion properly. How much money does the committee have to come up with? We require a $500 deposit which is refundable once budget and agreed upon attendance numbers are met. How is price determined if using 1st Class Reunion's services? The ticket price is based on class size, venue, catering, etc. There are many other costs involved in planning a reunion, such as printing, postage, decorations, entertainment, locating classmates, staffing, etc. You are buying a ticket to an event that only happens once every five to ten years. How do you find classmates? Through high tech computer research tools. If I provide you with my contact information, do you sell that information? Absolutely not! Due to privacy issues, the reunion chairperson is the only person that gets the final database after your reunion. We do not provide this information to anyone else. See our Privacy Statement. How do I know you received my payment? Those classmates that pay by the reservation deadline will receive a confirmation email that payment has been received. Will I receive tickets in the mail? No. We use the term ticket pricing as most people can relate to that. We do not actually provide tickets as that is just something else you would have to keep up with. How can I find out who is attending? The best way to find out who will be attending your reunion is to get the information from a committee member. 1st Class Reunions regularly updates the committee on reunion attendees. Do keep in mind that if you are in town, please be sure to attend, as those that are coming from out-of-town would like to see you. Can I pay at the door? We highly recommend making a reservation prior to the night of the reunion. We can accept a limited number of people who choose to pay at the door. We accept cash and credit cards only at the door. Personal checks will not be accepted the night of the reunion.
